Position Summary
Responsible for local HR management, work with local management team for business target achievement, provide full support to Human Resources Director, Asia for HR policies and projects implementation.
Position Responsibilities
· Comprehensive HR Management: oversee all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner support, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR projects.
· Human Resource Strategy Planning: develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, refine policies and processes for compliance, and provide strategic support for major decisions.
· Talent Management & Acquisition: build talent development systems, conduct regular talent reviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
