HR Manager with 5 - 10 years experience required in the construction/engineering field

The HR Manager is responsible for Employment law - working conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, equal opportunities, redundancies, hiring staff, overseeing the development of job descriptions, placing adverts, organising interviews, putting together a staff training programme and identifying suitable courses for staff. writing staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, and issuing written offers of employment, promotion etc.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Develop and implement HR Strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organisational goals

· Ensuring the acceptance and implementation of policies and amendments throughout the organisation

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure that all employees have signed job descriptions
• Implement effective performance management system to drive employee development and engagement
