Responsibilities

• Handles benefits administration/computation, payroll, recruitment, timekeeping and labor code.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and people management skills; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Has excellent knowledge in all facets of HR.

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in human resources; at least 3 years of working experience in payroll.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology.
• Preferably Certified Human Resource Practitioner/Associate.
• Amenable to work in Pasig on-site.
