The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions to support the operational and strategic goals of the logistics, trucking, and overhauling company. This role ensures effective workforce planning, compliance with labor laws, talent acquisition for drivers and operational staff, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Plan manpower requirements for drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and support roles.
• Partner with operations and fleet managers to anticipate staffing needs and reduce downtime due to manpower shortages.
