HR Manager/Supervisor

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Supervisor located in Quezon City. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing performance management systems, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and managing day-to-day HR operations. Other tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to support employee development and performance; coach and guide HR team members to ensure excellence in execution and to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership development and people management skills.
