Job Description

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Conduct performance reviews and training programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and HR databases

Qualifications

• Graduate of BSBA-HRDM or BS-Psychology
• At least 2-4 years of solid experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or supervisory role
• Strong personality and keen in terms of paper work
• With experience in payroll and recruitment etc.
• Detail oriented and with initiative
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs
• Willing to start immediately
