HR Manager/Supervisor – Transnational Diversified Group

All day‑to‑day Human Resources services and activities; recruitment, retention, compliance, compensation & benefits, payroll, training & development, performance management, employee & labor relations, and other strategic HR initiatives under the Office of the Group Chief Learning Officer and VP for Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Spearhead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent within the travel industry.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Manage employee relations and act as a mediator in conflict resolution.
