Job Summary
We are a Clinical CRO supporting pharma/biotech/medical device clients. This role covers Singapore HR compliance, payroll/benefits & CPF support, and grants/schemes coordination, while driving recruitment and performance cycle coordination. You will also support B2B marketing, overseas channel development, and employer branding. Strong documentation discipline and stakeholder management are essential in a regulated environment.
