1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to independently conduct a Human Resource Maturity Assessment for the Client in accordance with the Client's existing HR Maturity Framework and approved assessment tool/questionnaire, and to deliver a comprehensive, objective, and evidence-based assessment report with clear recommendations and a practical action plan to improve HR maturity.
