WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:



You will be leading our HR team and our people agenda in Poland with a site in Dzierżoniów with around 300 employees. It includes the responsibility and partnership with the plant leadership as well as with international leaders and their teams based in Dzierżoniow.



+ Launch global HR initiatives at local level considering change management.

+ Lead the delivery of HR day-to-day work, checking and keeping processes up to date.
