HR Nurse Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Helps in coordinating with Company's HMO and Clinic Partners to set up Annual Physical Exams (APE), Pre-employment Medical Exams (PEME), and Drug Testing for all employees.
• Assists in the implementation of the Company's Employee Health Program.
• Helps in the assessment of APE/PEME/Drug test results of newly hired employees and submits a summary report of the findings to concerned parties.
• Monitoring of employees' health status during pandemic.
• Coordinate medical certificate/document validation.
• Prepares proposal related to Wellness program.
• Ensures DOLE mandatory reports are prepared and submitted.
• Maintains individual employee medical records.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding medical related policies
• Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.
• Work continually within the department to improve internal policies.
