FiberHome Phils., Inc. is currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Officer – Generalist to support end-to-end human resource functions. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
• Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and HR reports
• Support employee relations and address basic HR concerns
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
