Job Description
Role Purpose
The HR, Office & Finance Manager is a key support role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, covering:
- Human Resources & compliance
- Office administration & facilities
- Payroll, bookkeeping, and basic finance controls
This role is critical in supporting a professional project management consultancy environment, ensuring people, systems, and finances are well-managed, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources & People Management
- Manage end-to-end HR administration for approximately 40 staff
- Coordinate recruitment administration (job ads, interview scheduling, onboarding)
- Prepare and manage:
- Employment contracts & letters of offer
- Contract renewals, confirmations, resignations, and terminations
- Maintain employee records in compliance with Malaysian labour laws
