Our facilities services client is seeking an organised, people-focused HR Officer who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment in South Melbourne. If you're confident with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, HR administration, and Fair Work requirements, this role will put your skills to work.
As the HR Officer, you'll support a large site-based workforce, ensuring compliance, continuity, and a positive employee experience from day one.
What you'll be doing

Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including screening, inductions, and employment documentation

Coordinating rosters and schedules using budget sheets and Trello to keep sites staffed and on budget
