CareCloud is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in Human Resources while working in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily HR operations and activities
Support recruitment & selection (CV handling, coordination, follow-ups)
Maintain employee personal records (physical & digital)
Manage employee file scanning and e-file systems
Handle HR-related documentation and printing
Maintain and update the CV database
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns
Perform tasks assigned by Manager HR / Assistant Manager HR
Follow information security & privacy policies
Ensure protection of company assets
