Requirements :



Bachelor's degree in AB/BS Psychology

With at least 2-3 years of experience as HR Officer

Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/compensation and benefits/payroll

Knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems

Excellent communication and people skills

Aptitude in problem-solving

Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
