Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our hotel and resort team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all HR functions, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. This individual will work closely with the management team to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and in accordance with industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience as Hotel/ Resort HR
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in all HR facets, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations in a hotel and resort industry
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
