Junior HR Officer

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced HR professional to join our growing Cape Town team. This role will support core HR operations, employee administration, and compliance across the business, working closely with management and operational teams.
This position is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys hands-on HR administration and ensuring best practice across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the business
Manage employee records, contracts, and personnel files (electronic and physical)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
