We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to take full ownership of our human resources department. In this critical role, you will champion our operational compliance, manage the complete employee lifecycle, and ensure our BPO workforce operates smoothly within Philippine labour regulations. You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, executing policy rollouts, and maintaining robust administrative systems while serving as a confident advocate for both the business and its staff.
