Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll coordination and statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Facilitate employee relations and HR policy implementation
• Coordinate training and performance evaluation processes
