Job Description:

• Manage hiring strategies and conduct interviews to fill company vacancies
• Manage filing of employee documents and benefits
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure employee performance targets are met
• Conduct performance strategy meetings
• Organize events for team building
• Construct systems, processes, and contracts
• Manage and promote a healthy and enjoyable work culture
• Prepare payrolls

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
• Proven experience in human resources facets.
• Minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience.
• Knowledgeable on KPI and system implementation with standardization.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
