Overview
We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Officer to support the Key Account Director in delivering hands‑on, business‑focused HR guidance across a diverse workforce of 850 placemakers.
This role plays a central part in promoting positive employee engagement and wellbeing while ensuring managers and staff receive timely, practical support on a high volume of employee relations (ER) issues.
Working within a complex environment of dual ISS and NHS policies, you will help drive high standards of people performance and uphold company values across the site.
You will be resilient, adaptable, personable and able to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment, and as a visible and trusted presence onsite four days a week you will support operational leads with day‑to‑day HR matters and ensure best practice people management aligned with employment law and organisational policies.
