HR Officer- Onsite

Join our growing team and take the lead in recruitment, employee relations, policy

implementation, and HR operations supporting major construction projects.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, and onboarding of project and head office staff
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company standards
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Department Heads on manpower planning
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ISO requirements
• Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration in coordination with Accounting

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
• 5–8 years solid experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalis...
