About the Role:

Our client is a global agricultural organization in Cebu.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all employee-related questions, works closely with frontline managers, supervisors and employees to improve work relationships.
• Implement local HR policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate HR policies.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and ensure effective implementation of onboarding program and support new hires integration.
• Support and/or participate in HR projects, including reorganizations, mergers and acquisition
