Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing (weekly/semi-monthly/monthly)
- Ensure accurate computation of wages, OT pay, holiday pay, and deductions
- Handle government mandatory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and BIR compliance
- Process compensation and benefits administration
- Prepare payroll reports and HR-related reports
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process
- Handle employee concerns related to salary and benefits
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and labor regulations
- Support other HR and administrative functions as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
