HR Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps
• Design and implement training programs (technical & soft skills)
• Facilitate in-house training and coordinate external providers
• Develop training materials and evaluation tools
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare reports
• Support organizational development and engagement initiatives
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in Training, L&D, or OD
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Proficient in MS Office; LMS experience is an advantage
