Job Description

Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field 
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist 
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
ER Cases Resolution and Reduction 
Planning and Execution of Engagement Activities 
Process Improvement 
Contract Management 
Agency Management 
Ensures compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
