Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields. 
Experience: 1–3+ years in HR Generalist, administrative, or similar roles. 
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, employment legislation, and best practices. 
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) 
Payroll management or labor relations
