Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment (experience in other HR functions is an advantage).
• Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledgeable in job portals, social media recruitment, and talent sourcing strategies.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
