Job Description
The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs that enhance employee performance, product knowledge, customer service excellence, and compliance across the organization. This role supports store and head-office employees and ensures training initiatives align with business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, store feedback, and business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales skills, customer service, compliance, and leadership development.
