We are seeking a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team at DKC GROUP INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to our organisation. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our employees are well-supported and empowered to excel in their roles.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
2. Administer HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training and development programmes
4. Provide HR advisory services to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
