Job Summary
We're hiring two dedicated HR Officers to support the growing needs of Freedom Hospitality Group, home to Pat & Pat Restaurant and What About Coffee? (WACo). Each HR Officer will specialize in a core area of the employee lifecycle to help strengthen our people and culture foundation:
HR Officer – Learning, Growth & Culture
- Focus: Employee onboarding, training programs, performance tracking, and employee engagement activities
HR Officer – Talent Acquisition & HR Administration
- Focus: Strategic sourcing and hiring of talent, managing HR records, ensuring compliance, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations
Both are full-time, office-based roles ideal for HR professionals who want to grow with a dynamic restaurant group and make a meaningful impact.
Location: Quezon City (Full-Time, Office-Based)
