We are looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist responsible for managing payroll operations, maintaining employee records, and supporting core HR functions. The role focuses primarily on payroll accuracy along with assisting in general HR activities such as documentation, attendance, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, and verify monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Generate payroll and HR-related reports for management.
Assist in HR documentation, onboarding, and record management.
Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and benefits.
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and HR data.
