Job title: HR officer

Location: On-site at Mine (North-west province , 30 mins from Sun city, 60 mins from Rustenburg)

Vacancy type: Full-time

Salary: Market-related, depending on experience and qualifications.

Duties:

• Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, and terminations


• Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and employee records


• Draft and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation


• Manage employee files, leave, and attendance registers


• Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures


• Ensure compliance with South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EE)
