Our Client in the mining industry is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Rustenburg. This role requires a strong mining background and the ability to work under pressure while meeting strict operational deadlines.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for all aspects of the HR function on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• HR Diploma or Degree (Non-negotiable)
• Extensive mining industry experience
• Strong knowledge of labour control processes and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills
• Strong administrative and reporting capabilities
