HR Officer

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Officer located in Mandaue. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR Management, HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), Employee Relations, and Job Description Development.

Manages various HR and administrative tasks including contracts, disciplinary actions, leave validation, and documentation for construction projects.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or any relevant Human Resources
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Pro-active and capable of multi-tasking
• Willing to be trained.
• Must be committed to the job.
• At least 3 years and up experience as an HR.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of HR Management, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR)
• Familiarity with Employee Relations and conflict resolution practices
• Experience in developing job descriptions and managing HR workflows.
