What you'll be doing?

• Provide HR support: You will provide comprehensive HR support, including correspondence, monthly reports, and documentation, to facilitate efficient operations for the Group HR and Finance teams.
• Manage payroll: You will manage end-to-end payroll processing using BIPO, benefits administration, CPF submissions, and HR-related reporting, including Tax Clearance and Annual IR8A filings, while incorporating updates from recent employment laws.
• Support recruitment: You will support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, talent sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, employment documentation, and building candidate pipelines for new store launches.
