Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required
· Good in MS Office
· With at least 1 year to 3 year of HR experience required
· Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
· Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
· Leadership and coaching skills.
· Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
