Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
With knowledge in various facets of HR (Recruitment, Employee Relations & Engagement, Compensation & Benefits)
