Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Psychology or Behavioral Science
Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in HR functions with emphasis on Benefits and Compensation, Recruitment and Training
Human Resources Management

Knowledge in Employment Law
Duties & Responsibilities :
Ensures adherence of employees to established rules, policies and procedures to ensure a smooth flow of operations and disciplined work environment.
