Job Description

1. Timekeeping activities
   • Enrollment to biometrics of newly hired employees (Direct & Agency)
   • Daily checking of present employees without biometrics log in HRIS
   • Daily checking and reporting of absenteeism thru Viber group (On leave / Absent / On Official Business)
2. Monitoring, processing, and releasing of employee on-board materials.
3. Receives incoming calls and forwards it to concerned employee.
4. Monitoring and ensuring proper turnover for the post-separation procedure.
5. Carries out any work-related duties that may arise, or as directed by the Administrative OIC and the General Manager.

Qualifications

1. Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course.
