Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintenance of Personnel Files: Ensure the proper and confidential storage of employee files and documents.
• Contract Management: Draft and process employment contracts, including renewals and terminations.
• Leave Management: Monitor and record employee leave (vacation, sick, emergency, etc.).

Employee Relation

• Conflict Solution: Serve as a mediator between employees and management in cases of grievances or disputes.
• Disciplinary Actions: Assist in implementing company policies, handling employee violations, and conducting disciplinary hearings.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and organize activities to boost employee morale and company culture.
