HR Officer/HR Generalist

The HR Officer (Member Relations) will oversee the daily operations of HRD in providing core HR services to the different ZGC departments and members. Specifically, this position will oversee initiatives and services related to member relations and identified areas of organizational development to be able to contribute in fostering positive organizational culture, drive member engagement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Description

• Supervise Employee Relations Services and Programs
• Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues, company guidelines, employee programs and engagement concerns. This includes conducting employee kamustahan, exit interviews and other monitoring mechanisms to check employee morale, satisfaction levels, factors that influence such and development of recommendations and initiatives to address identified issues.
