HR Onboarding Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a smooth, compliant, and high-quality experience for all workers entering the organization's talent ecosystem. This role serves as a key operational function within Enterprise Workforce Management and Talent Marketplace partnerships assuring that workers are onboarded accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with global compliance requirements.
You will collaborate closely with Compliance, Customer Success, Product, Payments/Payroll, and Worker Support teams to ensure every worker is set up for success across EOR, AOR, and classification workflows.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for domestic and international workers, including document collection, right-to-work verification, background checks, and classification workflows.
