HR & Onboarding Intern — Wellness, Training & Communications

GM Financial, located in Bogotá, is seeking an HR Intern to support the local HR team with wellness, training, and communication initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing induction programs for new hires and designing internal communications.

The ideal candidate will have ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Psychology, with strong communication skills and detail orientation. An intermediate level of English is desired.
