Role: Human Resource Specialist - Onboarding - Deel
Hours: 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (Open to negotiation based on experience)
Lago is seeking an enthusiastic HR Onboarding Specialist to enhance our onboarding process and provide a seamless experience for new employees. In this role, you will focus on integrating new hires into the company culture and ensuring they have all the necessary tools and resources to succeed from day one. You will be responsible for coordinating onboarding schedules, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating necessary training. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you build meaningful relationships with new hires and support them throughout their onboarding journey, making sure they feel welcomed and well-prepared for their new roles.
