Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Analyst to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment of Influx’s organisational and compensation data, providing data-driven insights to support organisation design, workforce planning, performance reviews, and compensation benchmarking in close collaboration with HR leadership and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support the creation and maintenance of clear, up-to-date job descriptions and organisational structures.

Ensure accuracy of role data, reporting lines, and titles in HR systems (People App).

Analyse team structures, workloads, and spans of control to support workforce planning.

Collect, clean, and maintain internal and external salary data for benchmarking and reporting.

Maintain compensation trackers, dashboards, and payroll-impacting data with high accuracy.
