Responsibilities

• Support key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, off‑boarding, transfers, job status changes, etc., and contract preparation.
• Help coordinate and enhance employee lifecycle processes and relevant policy updates.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records.
• Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
