To provide comprehensive and pragmatic Operational HR Support to Managers and Senior within a business context in line with company policies, procedures, legal requirements in order to create commercially focused solutions on people issues in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong professional relationships with Management teams and participate in Senior Management Team meetings
Provide commercially focused advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues
