HR Operations Analyst

_We’re looking for an_ _HR Operations Analyst_ _to join our Human Resources team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to_ _process and monitor_ **_Workday transactions_** _such as job changes, position updates, compensation changes, hires, and terminations._

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and monitor a wide range of Workday transactions (job/position changes, compensation updates, hires, terminations) while ensuring data accuracy through audits and validations.
+ Provide first‑level support to employees and managers for Workday navigation, self‑service tasks, and troubleshooting issues.
+ Handle Workday ticket queues, collaborate with COE to meet SLAs, and support system updates through testing, impact analysis, and documentation maintenance.
+ Recommend and implement process improvements, exercising sound judgment in situations not covered by standard procedures or guidelines.
